At New Era Cremations, we are embracing the “new era” of the funeral business by specializing in cremation services. With decades of serving families in their hardest times, our team understands how important honesty, integrity, and individual care are to them. We strive to treat every family as we would our own. New Era Cremations is a full-service licensed funeral home. However, we realize that having a visitation, with a funeral and burial, is not ideal for every family. That is why we decided to focus on cremation. What sets us apart is how we interact with our families. We know from experience that most people know very little about the process of caring for a deceased loved one and what the steps are to ensure their loved one is cared for according to their wishes. At New Era, we will advocate for you by listening to your needs and desires, educating you about the general practices, rules, and customs of the funeral business, and being supportive, encouraging, and honest every step of the way. It is important to us that you feel confident and at peace with the services you have chosen. Our business is focused on honoring those who have passed in a respectable manner, while not causing undue financial stress on the family.

Our goal is to provide high quality funeral services that care for the deceased, while reducing the time, stress and financial burden on the family.
This allows families more time with friends and relatives.
We are a full-service funeral home that specializes in cremation services. Our modern and transparent approach allows families direct contact with a licensed funeral director who will serve as a liaison and advocate for the decedent and the family. Most of the documents and information we need can be sent electronically and completed from the comfort of your home. Through our experience we have come to the realization that most families are very unfamiliar with the funeral industry. We hope to change that by educating and explaining every step of the process so you can make informed decisions. We are your advocates and our goal is for you to feel confident and at peace with your decisions and how you chose to honor your loved one.
While our company is newly established, we have longstanding connections in Boone and surrounding counties. We have work closely with the Coroners Offices, Township Trustee’s, Hospitals, and Funeral Homes caring for those who have gone before us.
Funeral Directing is more than a job. We believe it is a calling. We have tried other careers but found little fulfillment. It is being of service to others and assisting them in hard times that fills our hearts and warms our souls.
