Obituary

Angela L. Adams, 51, passed away on October 14, 2026.

“

Nature was one of her great loves, offering her peace and happiness in life’s quieter moments.

Born on June 16, 1975, Angela was a woman whose warmth reached far beyond her immediate circle. She was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many, remembered for the kindness she showed so freely and for the accepting spirit that made others feel welcome in her presence. She had a funny sense of humor that brought light to those around her, and she was someone who was simply hard not to love.

Angela found joy in the world around her. She loved to travel and treasured time spent with her family. The mountains and the beach both called to her, and she delighted in sitting outside to watch the birds and squirrels. Nature was one of her great loves, offering her peace and happiness in life’s quieter moments. She also held a special fondness for The Nightmare Before Christmas, a favorite that reflected her unique spirit and sense of fun.

She took great pride in her accomplishments. Angela graduated from Ivy Tech Community College and later returned to school, studying at Ultimate Medical Academy and graduating there as well. She also became an ordained minister, a meaningful reflection of her commitment to growth, purpose, and service.

Above all, Angela’s love for her family shaped her life. She is survived by her daughter and sons, Tiffany Lanham (Steve Lanham), Eric Coleman (Tessa Coleman), and Justin Coleman (Kristin Coleman) as well as her cherished grandchildren Adelyn, Emily, Kensley, and Makenzie and also her companion and former husband Seth Steelsmith who carries forward her love, her laughter, and the many memories they shared together.

“

Above all, Angela’s love for her family shaped her life.

Angela will be remembered for her generous heart, her humor, her love of family, and the peace she found in the beauty of the natural world. Her memory will remain a comfort to those who knew and loved her.
